Brandaq is a virtual simulation platform for brand-value prediction trading. It is NOT a securities exchange, cryptocurrency exchange, or regulated financial platform. All assets, prices, and currencies (BRAND tokens) on this platform are virtual and exist solely within the platform ecosystem.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may not create multiple accounts, impersonate others, or use automated systems to access the Platform without authorization.

5. Virtual Assets & Trading

BRAND tokens are internal virtual currency with no inherent monetary value outside the Platform. Brand units represent virtual market instruments and do not constitute ownership of any real trademark, company, stock, or intellectual property. Virtual trading carries no real financial risk or reward beyond the Platform's internal economy.

6. Swap & Withdrawal

The Platform may offer functionality to swap BRAND tokens to USDT and request withdrawals. Such features are subject to availability, platform rules, minimum amounts, and applicable fees. TWOLEGEND X AI.LAB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue swap and withdrawal features at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: manipulate market prices through artificial trading patterns; use bots or automated trading systems without authorization; attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; post illegal, defamatory, or infringing content in the Community; circumvent security measures or access controls.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TWOLEGEND X AI.LAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of virtual assets, data, or profits.

11. Indemnification

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
